I am a visual artist based in Kuopio, Finland. My art is mainly created with recycled, found and inherited materials and objects. Feeling of the material and the associations it creates with memories, images and emotions is central to my material-driven work. Also performativity, empathy, interaction and multi-sensitivity have become significant in my artistic work.

In the focus of my work is the tradition and legacy within which I have grown up as well as observing the features that inheritance takes in my life as I am a member of the modern society.
